Workshop: Pole Therapy

Pole Therapy Workshop: Embodied Confidence

In this 90-minute therapeutic experience, we will dive into the theme of body confidence.

Discover a transformative journey of self-awareness and healing through pole dance, somatic movement, and art therapy. This workshop blends mindful movement with emotional processing, helping you release tension, build body-mind connection, and explore empowerment in a supportive space.

You’ll learn practical tools to continue somatic and emotional integration after the workshop—making confidence-building an ongoing practice.

Whether you're a pole beginner or seasoned mover, this session invites you to reconnect with your body, process emotions, and cultivate resilience—one spin, pose, and breath at a time.

No prior pole experience needed—just curiosity and self-compassion.

Note: This is not a traditional pole dance workshop—instead of focusing on technique, we’ll use the pole as a tool for embodied expression, exploring what the pole symbolizes.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and that you feel confident in (think yoga attire or comfy pole wear). Bare feet or socks are ideal—no pole heels or grip aids needed.
